Data Deletion

Tunnelwave does not require a user account, does not provide account creation inside the game, and never asks for a password or an email address.

There are two kinds of Tunnelwave data and they are deleted in different ways: data held on your device, and global Hall of Fame entries held with Firebase. Uninstalling the app deals with the first and not the second.

Local Game Data

Tunnelwave stores some game data locally on your device, such as coins, settings, owned themes, selected badges, daily challenge progress, your chosen player name, your local Hall of Fame scores, and an anonymous identifier used for the global Hall of Fame. You can delete all of this by uninstalling Tunnelwave or by clearing the app storage in your device settings.

Global Hall Of Fame Entries

If you have submitted a score to the global Hall of Fame, that entry is stored with Firebase, not on your device. Uninstalling the app does not delete it.

One thing worth knowing before you uninstall: the anonymous identifier that links your device to your entry is stored on your device, so uninstalling deletes it. After that, the player name is the only way left to find the entry. If you want it removed, it is simpler to ask first and uninstall afterwards.

Deletion Requests

To request deletion of data associated with Tunnelwave where deletion is available, email BattouGames at battougames@gmail.com.

Please include the app name, your request, and any relevant details that help identify the data you want deleted. For global Hall of Fame deletion requests, include the player name, approximate score, game mode, and season if known. Do not send payment card details or sensitive personal information.

Advertising And Analytics Data

Tunnelwave may use Google Analytics for Firebase and Google AdMob. Some analytics or advertising data may be controlled by Google privacy settings or advertising ID controls on your device. You can reset or delete your advertising ID from your Android privacy settings where supported by your device.
